All orders placed on BacklinkQ are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an order is submitted and payment is made, no money will be refunded under any circumstances. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Why we don't offer returns or refunds
Link building is a manual, labour-intensive digital service — there is no physical product to return. Work begins immediately after an order is placed, as our team starts prospecting, outreach, and content creation right away. Because these resources are committed upfront and cannot be recovered, all sales are final.
Our result guarantee — we fix it, free
Instead of refunds, we stand behind every order with a result guarantee. If the delivered work does not meet the package specifications, we will redo the work and build replacement links free of charge until the promised result is achieved. Your satisfaction is protected through delivery, not refunds.
Free replacements
If any delivered link is removed or becomes NoFollow within 60 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge. Simply contact us with your order ID and we'll take care of it.
Rankings disclaimer
SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including your on-page SEO, competition, and search engine algorithm changes. We guarantee the delivery and quality of the backlinks as described — not specific ranking positions — and refunds are never issued based on ranking outcomes.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first is a breach of this policy and may result in suspension of your account and any active orders. Please always reach out to us first — we're committed to making every order right.
